I don't know why I donk-raised him on the flop. Maybe I'd been back and forth with this guy a bit and I was just messing with him. Anyway, I think the interesting thing is the river. Given that he's relatively passive, it's probably not all that likely that he's doing this with less than trips, right? I don't think I stopped for analysis when I was playing this. Most of the time he's got at least a 9, or 87 or something. And if he does have a 9, unless it's 95-92, he's scooping the pot. So is this a fold?
