You didnt show the BB checking, but assuming the HH is correct and he did, I like the value bet. There are enough hands that will call you getting 3-1 on a call. AQ/KQ/QJ/JJ/1010. Your betting doesnt look super strong throughout this hand, and I think you would get looked up light.
Cant see a 24/12 checking the river with the nuts/near nuts in this spot.
