Being out of position really damages your situation in this hand, imo.
The flop call looks fine, but I'd like to know what your plan is on a blank turn (like a 7). c/r-ai? The stack sizes are such that this seems to be best. Shoving the flop isn't that terrible, either, but it's a little premature for my taste.
All in all, this line seems reasonable. You're losing often enough to not bother committing the rest of the effective stack on that turn card, which is what his turn bet basically does.
