This guy is a calling station pre flop, nitty post flop but also tries some maniac bluffs post flop.

With K7s there is no need to raise even though you are ahead of his range. You should just call 1 BB pre flop and check / fold unless you hit. If you do hit then you can trap by acting weak with small bets etc., hoping he'll go crazy.

You should only raise pre flop with your big hands, and because he is loose it should be 6 BB or more. Keep upping the PF raise until he tightens back to normal. Then you can lower it a notch or two.

This type of player is much more often a calling station post flop so you should keep an eye out to see if he falls into that style after some time.
