LOL, I love posts like these. "Hey, I'm barfing up blood and bits of lungs every hour. What should I do?" Jesus, go see a doctor. It's probably some sort of infection.
If it turns out to be an STD, reconsider your life. Being a virgin and getting an STD is probably grounds for suicide.
