that blank entry is benign but if you wanna get rid of it go to

Start, Run, Regedit
Backup registry
choose the
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows
CurrentVersion
Run

Find the entry that has blank data and remove it.
