This hand is played incredibly poorly by you on both preflop and on the flop.
If the fish is the button, why are you trying to isolate him oop with J high? If he's indeed as bad as you say, see a cheap flop with him. What are you worried about? The button limp reraising? If so, he's going to 4-bet you cold anyways if he was limping with the intention of reraising the button most likely.
On the flop, you flop a miracle... How are you going to set it up to take his stack if you're only betting a little over 1/2 pot on the flop?
