Villain is 38/17/1. He's bad. The hand immediately preceding this, I flopped a straight, he called my flop bet. The river put 4 cards to the straight out (6789, I had TJ) and he called again. He folded to my river overbet so I don't know what he had. In general he is very passive postflop.
