So I think I have wrist tendinitis in my mousing hand. I currently use a vertical mouse, and while it helps, the problem still exists. I assume some others here have this problem and I'm wondering what you guys have done to fix it.

I've heard some people use gamepads and numberpads, is this comfortable/efficient? Any other choices?
