USC plays an extra conference game and has the ND rivalry, so that seems to cancel out the Georgia game and the FSU game. They are playing @OSU and @UVA.
High profile teams that want to schedule premium OOC opponents can do so. There is no excuse, the reason Florida plays cupcakes is because it does not want to play real OOC games.
