I don't really like that thread. Hop over to T-nation and read their forum. Search for Prisoner 22 and see what he says.
There is not mention in this of front loading the test (pretty std now IIRC) or how often his injections are etc etc. Also this cycle is pretty grossly long from what I've heard is a more modern approach to cycling. I'm not really fit to give advice on something this serious that could affect someone's health pretty severely, but there are some glaring omissions in this. Possibly read some of the late 90s T-mag stuff by Brock Strasser and Cy Wilson. Should help atleast get your pointed in the right direction even if some of the material is slightly dated.
