Default Re: 10NL: Line check on two hands

First hand: I'm finding at this level, most unknowns call on the flop with their big hands, then raise on the turn. My thinking at the time, was to raise and get the money in on the flop. As the turn is likely to slow/kill the action. Is this logic flawed?

Second Hand: I was unsure with my raise size (not just here but in similar spots). I'm not sure what is the preferred raise amount post flop. I usually 3bet 4x preflop and raise 3x post flop.

Or is it just more in this spot, due to the texture of the flop?

@RyanCMU - In hand two you suggest folding preflop. I started today adding SC into my calling of BU raises. Do you say fold because he is an unknown or because I will be OOP?
