Full Tilt is the best suggestions I've recieved to the same question.

They do have WPT satelittes, but they don't have a ton, and I've been frustrated by signing up for tournies that get canceled due to too few entries. So, I haven't been too thrilled.

I wish Stars would do WPT promos, or more of them, if they already do some. I've only been on Stars since the spring, but I can't remember seeing any or many WPT opportunites.

I'd much rather try to get into a WPT event than the WSOP.
Maybe that's just me, but the different locales, and the smaller player pools are appealing.
