Basically you just have to play four hours per night, although verification of your actual play time is pretty lax.

1) Call the TS Poker Room at 800.386.5366
2) Press 4 to book a room at the poker rate.
3) Tell the clerk that you'd like to book a room at the poker rate for 08/31.
4) The clerk tells you that the poker rate is sold out because you waited way too long to book a room on a holiday weekend.
5) If for some reason the poker rate isn't sold out for that date (about a 2% chance), she will book your room reservation. Your room will be "guaranteed", no need to worry about them taking it out from under you.
