samsung is calibrated (pretty damn good) right from the start but lacks any sort of manual (e.g. buttons) calibrating device.
dell isnt and takes some time to tune.
both lack HDMI which is pretty ridiculous but theres not much to do about it. overall, the dell seems to fare a little better.
i have the samsung and am totally happy with it regarding poker/games/videos.
