he recognizes that there are flush draws and straight draws on board so raises. if he is holding a set, you are around 32% to win the hand. given that $70 is in the pot by the time CO raised, and he has roughly $59 left, it leaves you with $129 to win and $80 to put in.
wrote this post fast cause not much time here. also didn't consider possibility of other hand holdings so that would improve your odds a bit.. think the math is right though
