Bodog really stepped up the withdrawals about a month ago; anywhere from 7 to 15 days is normal. Nucharge is where I hear all the horror stories now. You could also use those cards as Christmas presents if nothing else.
I think you would still need to complete the verification form if you fund the Dog with a CC.
