I guess I should have spelled it out - it is fine if we are talking about how the village should deal with a potential evil strategy if there is
1. A reasonable chance that the evils could adopt this strategy and
2. Anything the village can do to counteract this strategy
Part of what lets good villagers catch wolves is by letting those wolves make mistakes. It is not assuming they are stupid to think they are less likely to make mistakes if we spell out proper strategy for them in thread.
