It's not like I (we?) will 3-bet 22 every time, it depends on so many variables. You need foold equity to do it obviously, so it may not be to smart to do it right after you have messed with the guy, or he's steaming, or when you have a [censored] up image, things like that. But a 3-bet with it is standard (for me) as compared to a call against most opponents, and done with the right frequency it will me more profitable then calling.
Edit: It just sucks being OOP without initiative.
