in hand one you really need to consider that 8/16 players are extremely bad at poker and will frequently opencheck their pocket pairs on a double paired board. It doesn't make any sense to do that from our perspective, because we can read hands and know how to value bet, but these guys don't play like that. They think "oh damn any nine or any 8 and I am up against a fullhouse. I better check my JJ here I don't wanna get raised"

Betting here will rarely allow you to steal half the pot (any other ace chops on a double paired board)
and it will frequently just cost you an extra bet when villain turns over TT and is surprised that he won.
