I like a shove here. While AJ/J9/99 are certainly in his range, his raise seems both suspicious in size, and like an odd way to play a Jack 3 way.

From his point of view, a shove could very well be you trying to protect an overpair / two overs with the FD / and I think he talks himself into a call here with hands you beat.
