you mileage may vary, but i believe the David Sklansky Ed Miller No Limit hold em book addresses this situation in one sentence around page 167 or so...when facing two preflop raises from two different players go all in with AA or KK, fold everything else...if you have a specific read on your opponents go for it, but i would rather follow the advice both the of Grand Gugu & Noted Authority...and besides, i forked out good $$$$ for their book...
