1. I'd four-bet pre-flop. Given his most likely holding, I really like shoving the turn. He'll call often enough to make this more profitable than leading the river really small, which he'll call always, and he'll never call anything more than 1/3 PSB on the river.
2. Obviously, you need to get two players to fold their overpairs, which isn't going to happen, so check.
3. If you take this line pf, which I think is reasonable, then you have to fire again here. The point of pf is that villain puts more money (which is why raise size is fine) in the pot with a medium strength hand and then has to play it OOP. This is great. He calls a raise and calls a flop bet and then quits. So carry on betting. `
