Every week, I kid you not, they have a veritable mountain of [censored] piled up a full day before garbage day, right on our property line and halfway across the sidewalk. Oh nevermind, I remember now - half of it ends up blown across my yard because it's sitting out in the weather for 30 hours before the garbage man comes.
