My plan would be this..
play 4 x 25NL for a while to build your roll until a point you can take shots at 50NL.
Invest in a 2nd monitor as soon as you can either by winning the $ at poker or saving outside. If you are looking to play 8 tables a second monitor is a must but add 1 table at a time. Also even if you four table the second screen can be used to review recent hand histories as you are playing and looking at PokerTracker etc.
If you take out some BR, invest in a screen and try to 8 table without building a roll and not adding 1 table at a time you run a high risk of busting.
