FTP support has not replied to me in ten hours, I cannot take this [censored] customer service, its a goddamn JOKE.
BACKGROUND:
I want to open FTP but it WILL NOT OPEN, ive tried reinstalling it and EVERYTHING, reduced firewall settings, taken OFF my firewall-- it juts keeps saying "sorry unable to connect to server, trying again, etc. etc."-- yet everything else o my comp works, and i just reformatted so it cant be a virus. First person to help my figure it out gets a $10 dollar transfer on FTP.
