welcome to the forums, you might try the 'Beginners Forum' to help get you up to speed with the rest of the site, all of the Poker related forums are great, and the off-topic forums are full of interesting posters and threads, you mentioned you were a bit older than what I would guess to be the average poster's age {18-30 males} so I'd recommend the EDF Forum for discussions with people who are more your contemporaries, and you never know what kind hijinks you're in for with those characters, you might try crossposting this there
