Proper way is "DOOL-SAY DAY LAY-CHAY", I think. I tend to say it this way, but I'll slip and say "DOL-CHAY" occasionally. Having the Cinnamon Dolce Latte (pronounced "DOL-CHAY") makes this confusing.
