Rayman has some games that are simultaneous and require the chuk. AFAIR they are all dancing games where you drop your arms to the beat of the song.

The only game on sports that uses the nunchuk is boxing. Naturally that's 1 on 1. The other games are baseball, bowling, tennis and golf which are sports where you either play one handed (bowling, tennis, pitching in baseball) or both hands do the same thing (batting in baseball, golf).

Of the obvious games you would get Rayman I discussed above, Mario Party has no use for the nunchuk, nor does wariowares.
