Oh I didnt realize that your log started in June, you only have a few updates.

Part of the gains you will get is sticking with the program. 2.5 and 1.5 months is not long enough, you should continue until you stall and cannot increase the weights and then reload or try something new.

Isn't HST 8 weeks and not 10??
