So I was reading up on the superhero program and looking over the program designed by Thibaudeau and noticed this :
D. Lateral raise
1 x 100 reps (take pauses if needed)
D. Rear delt machine
1 x 100 reps
For the most part the routine looks pretty regular (though high volume) but there are a few of these 1x100 sets. That goes against everything I've read about weight training; what gives?
