The Tampa Hard Rock has some of the best 1-2 NL games around. Mnay calling stations. Some tight passive but calling station older players 55+.

The cardroom started to fill up with people on Sunday around 2 p.m. The floor started up the last few open
tables available at the time. I was there before noon and getting on a 1-2 NL table wasn't more than a short wait.

A few big preflop raises won the hand immediately most of the time at my table. They do take a rake on the hands that do not reach the flop.

The management seems clueless as usual about filling empty seats as there can be 2+ empty seats that remain empty for 15+ minutes when the lists are jammed. I have no idea why the dealers do not use walkie talkies to call the open seats with the brush using a P.A. system like how Harrahs uses this system well.

Overall the low limut NL at the Hard Rock Tampa is a very good place for NL. Highly recommended.
