I ordered the Nano for 17,000 FPPs a couple months ago and (here in Canada) it shipped direct from Futureshop, no PS logo, just like if I bought it myself. They also e-mailed me a "receipt" for warranty purposes.
I found it to be good value for my FPPs, as it's in Futureshop right now for $299.99, or $342 with taxes, making my FPPs worth 2.1 cents per point.
I can't recall how long it took me to get the points though, and I wasn't playing very much.
