Pokerroom trouble
I deposit $500 via Neteller 3 days ago but the cash was not at my pokerroom Account. I ask livehelp whats going on...they told me they need the Neteller NT# to complete the transfer.
I ask Neteller support and send the NT number to Pokerroom support.
I got this reply last Sunday:
We understand how frustrating this must be for you and apologise for the
inconvenience it is causing.
We have confirmation from NeTeller that the deposit has been actioned but
as yet they have been unable to credit the funds to us. Our payments team
are currently liaising with them and hope to have this matter resolved as
soon as possible.
In the mean time, please find that I have credited your account with four
$5+$1 tournament tickets. These tickets are valid for 14 days.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further inquiries.
