Shoving makes it easy because you don't have to make a decision, but that doesn't mean it's better.

If you think it widens his range (quite a bit, as I show in the post above) then great, shove.
If you think his range is wide either way, it doesn't really matter which you do, but you should call after raising. If it's tight either way, raise/fold.

Personally, I think raising gives the impression he could make you fold with a shove and is going to widen his range some. Given your 62o play, maybe a lot.
ATo is WAY ahead of what he expects you to have. (Do people consider ATo on the button middling?)

I don't think you should be avoiding a chance at a double up here either. You're near the bottom and there's a long way to go.
