Unless he is frequently shoving pairs worse than 99 or unpaired hands we're ahead of, it doesn't matter:

In other words, calling the 5bet gets to be almost break-even in the case that he is 3betting AND 5betting with 77+ AJ+ every time he is dealt one of the hands in this range. If we add in KQs it becomes very marginally profitable. In this case he's shoving over your 4bet so wide that theres almost no way it shows a profit as a bluff, however.
