i think it was wrong and heres why, imagine it was you sitting in the cashier and giving out too much cash and (possibly) losing your job.

you can try to rationalize it as much as you want "crummy casino" "we got bad rulings all night" "they probably wont even find out where the money went missing and she wont lose her job" ( which they most likely will, if its one thing casinos are good at its finding out where their money is leaking ). it may not be stealing but its still a douchy thing to do.
