I love how everyone keeps saying "this is so unhealthy." I could see if i I was starving myself, but I"m not, i'm eating plenty of food thats good for you and am gonna do exercise. I just don't see how that can be bad for me.

Also, did anyone look at those colon cleans pictures? that [censored] is gross...
