Cheapest I found was $215 on Spirit Air.

Depart Detroit at 9:15AM, and arrive in Vegas at 10:45AM with zero stops. This is going to be the cheapest IMO because Spirit does mostly one-way for cheap.

Hope this link works..$220 flight. Depends usually on which online service you book, I found one for $215 on another site, but their link doesn't link directly and you'd have to do it manually. If you don't mind, I'll give ya the link to that site if asked
