I can think of a few more adjectives to describe tufat23 after reading the above.

There are at least four, probably more, "professional" scammers working these and other forums. I was able to catch a lot of their accounts from their IP addresses, but, recently, I believe they have all discovered ways to change their IP addresses, (if they still post in the Transfers Thread, which I insist all potential Zoo transferers do, so that I can check all their IP addresses against a comprehensive list that I keep).

Therefore, banning and IP address banning is a waste of time, in reality. Educating the honest wannabe transferers in ways not to be scammed is the way to go, imo.

Finally, I would also suggest, as a front line of defence, that you insist that everyone in your forums go through the Zoo's Transfers Thread. I will be very happy to try to look after them as best I can.
