seems like good news
the center for regulatory effectiveness (
www.thecre.com) has just completely trashed the proposed regs via submitted comments. a lot of what they explicitly say deals with the major and unreasonable and perhaps illegal financial burdens banks will have to carry. i can't help but think that the banks themselves with a lot of d.c lobbying (as people expected) has finally come to fruition. see legislation forum for more.
