Write about any summer jobs or research projects that you did during your education as well as things you might be interested in focusing on in doing research on in the future. If I were you, I would be likely to tell them about my specific interest in researching some specific cancer-related stuff, quite possibly stuff that is related to what they focus their research efforts on.
