Strangely your not in as much trouble as you would think against sets/2pr/lower straights (thats the worst case scenario - he has 1 pair or a draw some of the time as well)


I left out AA/KK here since at NL25 3-betting is so standard PF.
I dont hate shoving but I dont feel we have any fold equity against hands that beat us and we have a ton of outs.
Perhaps call and re-evaluate on the turn, if we hit a straight or set then we are a favorite against his range and its safe to assume an unknown NL25 goes broke with 2-pair on any board.

I'am 100% agree with you : we haven't got fold equity versus his range (set or 2P), on the other hand i think we have a lot of outs (any Q, any K any 8) and very good implied.
