I started doing MMA classes a little while ago and I am looking for some workouts of the top MMA stars. I am not really looking to copy these workouts or anything just seeing what they do.
I couldnt find any workouts on google. I see alot of stuff about the kind of workouts they are doing such as , o-lifts, kettlebells, running, etc.
But I am looking for some workouts of the top guys.
I read in an article that Fedor runs 10 miles every morning.
