Read Getting started in hold'em by ed miller, it's a quick read, introduces limit, and talks a little about some of the rules/ettiquitte of playing live. If you want to get any good at limit you'll then want to read small stakes hold'em my miller, sklansky, malmuth.

I agree with this. Limit strategy is very different from NL and the low stakes B&M games like 2/4 are different then higher stakes B&M games too. The Miller, Sklansky, Malmuth book is the best strategy book for low limit B&M games.

In NL you can size your bets to protect your made hands. You just cannot do that very well in limit. Limit is much more about identify situations were you have a small advantage and extracting maximum value from them.
