If your not keen on OCing, you can prob get cheaper memory and a cheaper motherboard.
However you'll prob pay more for a faster CPU as you'll be running it as standard.

I'd say your best googling for computer forums and posting to try get help on tips for hardware. Theres plenty of people out there who will suggest good components.
