50NLcash passive guy minraises turn, pots river twice
Villain had been passive for the most part. The turn was the first postflop raise I'd seen from him. I don't think he sees me as being out out line so far. I doubled through him, when I cc'd QJ in bb, flopped nut straight & c/r'd him, he made a bad call w/ T2, hit trips on turn & got stacked calling down.
bb $46.10.
hero in sb/btn $104.55.
Pre-flop:
hero raises 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to $1.75, bb calls.
Flop 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($3.5)
bb checks, hero bets $3, bb calls.
Turn T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($9)
bb checks, hero bets $7, bb
raises to $14, hero calls.
River K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($25)
bb pushes for $27.35, hero folds.
Given this was the first aggression I saw, I folded. Should I even have bet that turn? Other than this spot, I feel I had a pretty good command on the match so far. 5 hands later this comes up.
sb/btn $56.35.
hero in bb $93.
Pre-flop:
sb limps, I check 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Flop 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ($1)
Hero bets $1, sb calls.
Turn 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($3)
Hero bets $3, sb makes it $6, Hero calls.
River Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($15)
Hero checks, sb quickly hits pot $15, passive guy pulls the same move again! hero is lost.
