But isn't this just an awful precedent to be set though?
Theoretically, if they decided they didn't like me then couldn't they just say, "Can you PROVE that you won these chips 2 nights ago as you claim?"

And even if we did....there's the possibility that you lost those checks playing something else and then received these checks from another players. They don't give me a damn receipt at the table.
I'm not allowed to video-tape myself showing that I won.
This is a ridiculous standard to have to PROVE that I actually played at the table to win these checks that allows.
Casino can abuse their power fairly easily I would think and pretty much not cash any check for almost anyone.
