Default Re: Full Tilt needs to reward their high rake players

[ QUOTE ]
I'm not really that unhappy w/ FTP in general. I get rakeback and it's great. I'd love a higher rakeback % and stuff like store items not coming out of my MGR, but like I said, I'm not that unhappy with the way things are.

I'd much rather they take the extra rake money they're taking in from a player like me and invest it in things like more staff for better support, more developers for faster software updates, more lobbyists to help impact the US legislation situation, and more advertising to attract more new players.

Back in the day, Party Poker had basically the worst support ever, each software update was a miserable disaster for the first few days on a totally different scale from the FTP updates and they had no official rakeback. But, they spent a ton of money on advertising and that's why they had the best and most games around. I would certainly trade all the extras for more and better games as a result of advertising and/or changes to US legislation.

You make some good points. I agree with a lot that you said. However, Full Tilt should at the very least make sure that their high rake players get the largest bonuses when they offer them. When they give out bonuses to the low rake players, no rake players, and do not offer their high rake players anything its a little bit of a slap in the face. Regarding Party, they did give their regulars larger bonuses and then added the VIP club later on. I do not remember them ever offering a low volume player a higher bonus then a high volume player. I could be wrong though.

I would like Full Tilt to offer their high rake players a challenge like Stars does in which they are rewarded substantially for a lot of play.
