You guys are all crazy with the wheat-germ-this and oat-bran-that. This calls for ice cream fellas. Raw egg in it is fine. Breyer's if you're somewhat health conscious. Two good ones from their flavors:
Strawberry + banana + raw egg + milk to desired thickness
